By accessing or using Hiretio's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hiretio.com. Please read them carefully.

Use of Service

Hiretio operates a job-matching platform for remote positions. By using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information in your application and profile
• Protect your account credentials and not share access with others
• Engage only in lawful activities while using the platform
• Refrain from attempting to circumvent security measures or access controls
• Not submit false, fraudulent, or misleading applications
• Not use the platform to harass, spam, or harm other users or employers

Hiretio reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.

Application Process

When submitting an application through Hiretio, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You grant Hiretio permission to share your application information with relevant employers
• All details you submit are accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge
• Submitting an application does not guarantee employment or an interview invitation
• Hiretio may review, hold, or decline applications at its sole discretion
• Final hiring decisions rest entirely with the employer, not with Hiretio

No Fees

Our service is entirely free for candidates. We earn revenue from employers who use our platform to source and hire talent. This model keeps our incentives aligned with yours — we succeed when you find a great job.

If you are ever asked to pay a fee to apply, access a job listing, or receive an offer through Hiretio, please contact us immediately at support@hiretio.com.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Hiretio platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Hiretio.com and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission from Hiretio.

Limitation of Liability

Hiretio acts as an intermediary between job seekers and employers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hiretio disclaims responsibility for:

• The accuracy or legitimacy of individual job listings (though we verify all employers)
• Hiring decisions made by employers
• Disputes arising between job seekers and employers after placement
• Data loss or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control

In no event shall Hiretio's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to use the service (which is zero for job seekers).

Termination

Hiretio reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform without prior notice if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms of Service
• Engage in conduct that could harm other users, employers, or the platform
• Provide fraudulent information or documentation
• Attempt to circumvent any platform security or verification measures

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Changes to Terms

Hiretio may modify these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, we will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you should discontinue use of the platform.
